My name is Dr. Chanda Jain, founder of Nirvan Yoga. I am a Yoga Therapist, Lifestyle Coach, and Mental Wellness Expert with over 15 years of experience. I hold a PhD in Yogic Science and Meditation and work across therapeutic yoga, stress management, and mindfulness-based practices.
Based in Saskatchewan, Canada, I offer online and in-person yoga classes, mental wellness and stress-management workshops, school and youth sessions, and therapeutic yoga programs, including community and free workshops.
