My name is Dr. Chanda Jain, founder of Nirvan Yoga. I am a Yoga Therapist, Lifestyle Coach, and Mental Wellness Expert with over 15 years of experience. I hold a PhD in Yogic Science and Meditation and work across therapeutic yoga, stress management, and mindfulness-based practices.

Based in Saskatchewan, Canada, I offer online and in-person yoga classes, mental wellness and stress-management workshops, school and youth sessions, and therapeutic yoga programs, including community and free workshops.

Lakshminarayan Temple Community Yoga Classes (FREE | In-person)

I’m collaborating with the Hindu Society of Saskatchewan to offer FREE yoga classes at the Lakshminarayan Temple, Geeta Bhavan.
Classes begin Saturday, January 10, 2026, and run every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Free entry. All are welcome.
